A Senior Digital Marketer who got tired of guessing how AI systems read content, so I built a tool to actually measure it.
hey-eye.gr started as a small side project. I wanted a quick way to check whether a page was structured well enough for LLMs to extract and cite it. The plan was a single-page analyzer for personal use, nothing more.
Then I kept adding things. A history page. A comparison mode. A site-wide audit. A few generators for llms.txt, robots.txt, schema, meta tags. A Chrome extension. Shareable reports. Every weekend, something new. I enjoyed building it more than I expected, and somewhere along the way it stopped being a side project and turned into the toolkit you're using now.
It looks at a webpage the way a large language model would. It checks the signals LLMs use when they decide whether to extract, understand, and cite your content. Then it gives you a score and tells you what to fix.
Four pillars: Structural Integrity (the HTML signals that tell an LLM what a page is), AI Extractability (how easy it is to chunk and cite), Content Clarity (how readable the content is), and Authority & Trust (the credibility signals around the content).
That's it. No tracking, no accounts, no paywalls. You paste a URL, you get a report.
SEO has had 20 years to develop frameworks. AI visibility doesn't have that luxury yet. The four pillars are my attempt at a practical framework based on what's actually documented about how LLMs and AI crawlers work today.
The scoring will keep evolving as the AI search landscape changes. If you ever disagree with a check or a weight, tell me. I'd rather refine the methodology in public than pretend it's perfect.
