Description of Service
hey-eye.gr provides a set of free tools designed to help website owners, marketers, and developers evaluate how their web pages are perceived by large language models (LLMs) and AI search engines. The service includes:
- The LLM Visibility Analyzer for single-page analysis
- The Website Audit tool for site-wide analysis via sitemap
- The Competitor Comparison tool for side-by-side analysis
- A collection of generators (llms.txt, robots.txt, JSON-LD, meta tags)
- A Chrome browser extension that provides direct analysis from the browser
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify any feature at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use hey-eye.gr only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, its users, or any third party. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service in volumes that could be considered abusive (excessive concurrent requests, sustained high-frequency requests, or attempts to bypass rate limits)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Cloudflare Worker or the Chrome extension
- Use the service to analyze URLs with the intent to cause harm to their owners, including but not limited to harassment, defamation, or competitive sabotage
- Use the service to analyze illegal content or content that violates the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, its underlying infrastructure, or any data stored by it
- Resell, redistribute, or expose the analysis API as a service of your own without explicit written permission
- Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with another user's use of the service
Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability
The analysis scores, recommendations, and reports produced by hey-eye.gr are generated automatically based on heuristics and best practices known at the time of analysis. They are intended as guidance, not as guaranteed predictions of AI search behavior.
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the analysis results. You use them at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service
- We are not liable for any loss of revenue, search rankings, AI visibility, or business opportunities resulting from following or not following the recommendations
- We are not liable for service downtime, data loss, or failed analyses
- Our total cumulative liability is limited to zero, since the service is provided free of charge
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Third-party content
When you submit a URL for analysis, our service fetches the publicly available HTML of that page in order to evaluate it. This means:
- We only fetch content that is publicly accessible without authentication
- We respect robots.txt directives where applicable
- We do not bypass paywalls, login walls, or any form of access control
- We do not store the fetched HTML content beyond the duration of the analysis
- We are not responsible for the content displayed in analysis results, since it originates from the analyzed URL, not from us
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to analyze any URL you submit. Do not submit URLs whose terms of service prohibit automated access or analysis.

All content, design, code, and branding on hey-eye.gr, including the four-pillar scoring methodology, the visual identity, and the supporting documentation, are the intellectual property of hey-eye.gr unless otherwise stated.
You may:
