Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how hey-eye.gr ("we", "our", or "the site") handles information when you use the LLM Visibility Analyzer and related tools available at hey-eye.gr.
We are committed to being transparent about what data is collected, how it is used, and what stays entirely on your device.
We do not collect, store or sell any personally identifiable information. No account or registration is required to use any feature of this site.
What we collect
When you use the Analyzer or Comparison tools, the URL you submit is sent to our Cloudflare Worker in order to fetch and analyze the target page. This URL is processed in real time and is not stored in any database or log.
When you use the Site Audit tool, the sitemap URL you submit is sent to our Cloudflare Worker to fetch and parse the list of URLs. Each selected URL is then analyzed individually in the same way as the single-page Analyzer. No sitemap contents, URLs, or analysis results are stored on our servers. All results are saved locally in your browser via localStorage, exactly as described in the Local Storage section below.
We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any contact information
- IP addresses beyond what Cloudflare processes automatically
- The content of the pages you analyze
- Any form of user profile or behavioral data
Local storage
The History feature of this site stores analysis results locally in your browser using localStorage. This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is never transmitted to our servers
- Contains only the URLs you analyzed and their scores
- Can be deleted at any time from the History page
Because this data is stored locally and is not used for tracking or profiling, it falls under the "strictly necessary functionality" category and does not require explicit cookie consent under GDPR. For this reason, functional storage is always enabled in the cookie preferences and cannot be disabled.
Cloudflare
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Workers for server-side analysis. Cloudflare may process basic request metadata (such as IP address and browser type) as part of its infrastructure and security services.
We use Cloudflare Analytics, which is privacy-friendly by design:
- No cookies are used for analytics
- No personally identifiable information is collected
- Data is aggregated and anonymized
- No third-party tracking scripts are involved
For more information, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
This site loads the following external resources:
- fonts.googleapis.com - Google Fonts for typography. Google may log font requests. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- unpkg.com - Lucide icon library loaded via CDN. Standard CDN request logging may apply.
No advertising networks, social media trackers, or remarketing pixels are used on this site.
Browser extension
We offer a Chrome browser extension that lets you analyze any web page directly from your browser. The extension follows the same privacy principles as this website:
- The extension only sends the URL of the page you choose to analyze to our analysis service. No browsing history, page content, or personal information is transmitted automatically.
- Analysis results are stored locally in your browser. We do not maintain a server-side record of which pages individual users have analyzed.
- The extension does not require an account, login, or any form of personal identification to function.
- No tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising identifiers are embedded in the extension.
- The extension does not read, collect, or transmit data from the pages you visit, only from the page you explicitly choose to analyze.
- You can uninstall the extension at any time through your browser settings. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data associated with it.
The extension communicates with our analysis service hosted on Cloudflare Workers. The same data handling and retention practices described in the What we collect and Cloudflare sections above apply equally to requests originating from the extension.
Shareable reports
When you run an analysis, you have the option to generate a shareable report link by clicking the Share Report button. This action stores a snapshot of the analysis results on our servers so the link can be opened by you or anyone you share it with.
- What is stored: the analyzed URL, the resulting scores per pillar, the list of checks performed, and the generated recommendations. No personal information about you is stored alongside the report.
- Where it is stored: in Cloudflare Workers KV, a key-value storage service operated by Cloudflare.
- How long it is kept: shareable reports are automatically deleted after 30 days. After this period, the link stops working and the data is permanently removed.
- Who can access it: anyone with the report link can view it. The link contains a randomly generated identifier and is not indexed by search engines, but it is not password-protected. Treat it as you would any public URL.
- Opting out: if you do not want to create a shareable report, simply do not click the Share Report button. The analysis itself runs without creating any server-side record.
If you have created a shareable report and want it removed before the 30-day expiry, contact us using the details in the Contact section below.
Cookies
This site does not set any first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot management purposes. This is a strictly necessary security cookie and does not require consent under GDPR.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- The right to access any personal data we hold about you
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to object to processing
- The right to data portability
Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct or delete beyond what you control locally in your own browser.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
