Many common questions about how the tools work are answered below. If your question isn't covered, send an email with as much context as possible, the URL you were analyzing, the action you were taking, and what you expected to happen.
Quick answers to common questions about the Analyzer, Audit, Compare, generators, and the Chrome extension.
The Fix with Claude button opens a pre-filled prompt in Claude that explains the specific issue found on your page and asks for a tailored solution. It saves you from manually copy-pasting the problem and gives Claude full context, including the page URL, the failed check, and the suggested direction of the fix.
The button is language-aware: if your page is in Greek, the prompt is generated in Greek.
The AI Visibility Forecast is a quick estimate of how likely large language models are to cite your page when answering related queries. It is calculated from your overall score and the relative weight of each pillar.
It is not a guarantee, but a directional indicator: pages with higher scores tend to be cited more frequently in LLM-generated answers.
The scores are based on heuristics and best practices known at the time of analysis. They reflect signals that LLMs and AI crawlers are documented to use when extracting and citing content, such as schema markup, semantic HTML, content clarity, and authority signals.
They are guidance, not a guarantee of AI search behavior. Treat them as a directional benchmark, not as absolute truth.
The Analyzer scans a single URL and returns a detailed report with checks, scores, and recommendations.
The Website Audit fetches your sitemap, lets you select up to 50 URLs, and runs the same analysis on each one in sequence. Use the Analyzer for spot checks and the Audit when you need a site-wide view.
Compare mode analyzes two URLs side by side and shows you which page wins, loses, or ties on each pillar and individual check.
It is useful for benchmarking your page against a competitor, comparing two of your own pages, or reverse-engineering a page that already appears in AI-generated answers.
llms.txt is a proposed standard that helps AI crawlers understand the structure and key pages of your site. Think of it as a sitemap for LLMs, with a title, description, and links to your most important content.
The Generator tool builds one automatically from your sitemap or from a manually curated list of pages.
Analysis history is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
You can view it on the History page and delete it at any time, either per entry or all at once. Clearing your browser data will also remove the history.
When you click the Share Report button after an analysis, a snapshot of the results is saved to our server and a unique link is generated. Anyone with the link can open the report in read-only mode.
Shareable reports are automatically deleted after 30 days. After this period, the link stops working and the data is permanently removed.
No. The extension only sends a URL to our service when you explicitly choose to analyze a page. It does not read content from pages you visit, does not track browsing history, and does not send any data automatically.
Analysis results are stored locally in your browser, the same way as on the website.
Yes. The tools are free to use for both personal and commercial purposes, including analyzing client websites and using the reports in your consulting work.
Please review the Terms of Service for the full acceptable use policy. We only ask that you do not resell the API as a service of your own or use the tools in abusive automated ways.
Yes, but it's currently invite-only. The same analysis engine that powers the website is available as a JSON API for developers who want to integrate AI visibility scoring into their own tools or workflows.
Email me with a short description of your use case and I'll get back to you. More details on the About page.
